I'm Kostanca Kovaci

A physicist who fell in love with data.
My path into data science wasn't typical and that's exactly what makes it powerful.

It started in 2019 studying Physics, where I built deep foundations in mathematics, statistics, and programming. My first real encounter with data was my thesis — implementing non-linear recursive relations in Python — and I was hooked.

In 2025 I completed my MSc in Data Science, and somewhere along the way GrowInData was born, a space to do what I love most: create value through data, teach others, and help businesses grow.

I'm not just a data scientist, I'm a translator between data and decisions. Patient, clear, and passionate about making data accessible to everyone. Whether you're a business that needs insights or someone who wants to learn — I'm here to learn, build, share and grow together with you.

I work across four areas:

• Data Analysis & Reporting — I turn messy, overwhelming datasets into clear findings your team can actually act on
• Dashboards & Visualisation — I build live, interactive tools that make data accessible to everyone — not just analysts
• ML & NLP — from churn prediction to bias research in LLMs (my MSc thesis), I build models that solve real problems
• Tutorials & Courses — I teach data science step by step, because good data thinking should be accessible to everyone

What matters to me is the last mile — the insight that actually gets acted on.
